When placing a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate details, spelling, and high-quality images if required. Once a custom order goes into production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

• You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. GiftzMadurai is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
